Al-Masar Forum

Al-Masar is hosting its first forum on August 24th, 2026, bringing together educators, therapists, and school leaders to share practical knowledge and build capacity in child development and inclusive education.

The Forum will cover practical application and experience exchange across special education and therapeutic rehabilitation. Sessions are led by Arab professionals and cover topics essential to supporting diverse learners in early childhood and primary education settings.

The discussed topics include shadow teacher collaboration, inclusive culture-building, family-centered communication, positive behavioral support, individual education planning, sensory processing, language development, writing skills, and universal design for learning (UDL).

CLASI: Ayres Sensory Integration Training

Al-Masar has partnered with the Collaborative for Leadership in Ayres Sensory Integration (CLASI) to offer the Certificate in Ayres Sensory Integration (CASI), a comprehensive training program for professionals in the region.

The Program:

A six-module hybrid program combining four self-paced online modules with two intensive in-person modules focused on hands-on practice. Participants receive direct mentoring and personalized feedback from certified instructors.

Who it's for:

Occupational therapists and physical therapists working with children with sensory processing differences.

Outcome:

Upon completion, participants earn certification in Ayres Sensory Integration and can apply evidence-based sensory integration approaches in their practice.

University Student Training

Al-Masar provides fieldwork placements and training opportunities or internships for university students in rehabilitation and special education disciplines, including speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and special education.

Students work alongside experienced professionals and gain practical experience in assessment, therapy, and educational support, while learning in a rich, multidisciplinary environment.

Jordan Society of Occupational Therapists (JSOT)

Al-Masar implements ongoing professional development programs and activities on a regular basis in collaboration with the Jordanian Society of Occupational Therapy (JSOT). These professional development activities are accredited and their hours are recognized by the Higher Health Council for the purpose of renewing professional licenses
