Our Story and Mission

Al-Masar was founded in 2006 by experienced professionals in rehabilitation and special education. We saw that children with developmental differences and their families needed access to comprehensive, high-quality services in one place.

Al-Masar was built to be a center of excellence, recruiting the best professionals and providing families with a full range of educational and therapeutic services.

Our Approach

We work as a team.

Your child's needs are complex, so our approach is multidisciplinary. Speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, behavioral specialists, educators, and psychologists work together with your family to create a coordinated plan.

We believe in family partnership.

You know your child best. We therefore empower you with strategies and support to help them at home. Regular team meetings keep everyone aligned on progress and goals.

We focus on real life.

Therapy is not just about skills in isolation. We focus on what matters: Can your child communicate with peers? Can they participate in school? Can they do things independently? This guides our approach.

We use evidence-based methods.

Our therapists are trained in the latest research-backed approaches in their disciplines. We also adapt globally proven methods to fit your child's needs and your family's context.

We aim for integration.

Whenever possible, we work toward your child's participation in general education settings and community life. Inclusion and belonging are our goals for every child.

Our Team

Al-Masar is led by a diverse team of specialists across disciplines: speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, behavioral analysis, special education, and psychology. Every team member holds internationally and/or nationally recognized degrees in their specialty.

Our team shares these core values: competence, continuous learning, and commitment to child-centered care. We are also the employer of choice for professionals dedicated to child development and special education.
